iStayLakes are a small family business based in Bowness-on-Windermere.
Our team have been welcoming holidaymakers and helping visitors to make some wonderful memories whilst enjoying their stay in Cumbria's English Lake District for over 30 years.
As a small business we have several advantages over the larger agencies, which include that deliver the personal touch but also know our properties very well and can concentrate on every detail that will help make your holiday one to remember.

Our Location
As a local business, our family have lived in the popular and beautiful Lake District village of Bowness-on-Windermere for over 30 years. As "locals" we are able to offer holiday properties most suited to peoples requirements and expectations for their holidays in and around the area.
Bowness is situated on the shores of Lake Windermere (Englands largest lake) and is an ideal base for enjoying and exploring the surrounding Lake District National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Bowness is well supplied with a choice of supermarkets, superb restaurants, cafes and pubs all offering choices of local and international food and drink.
